Terms & Conditions
We require 100% payment upfront upon placing order. There are no refund for cancellations. Order will not start and date is not reserved until funds are received in full.
Pick up/ Shipping date is not guaranteed if funds are received late. Ample time is required to produce and create orders.
Client is responsible for pick up and quality of product after pick up.
For Shipping- GPE will package for shipping to the best of our abilities but GPE holds no control over the handling of packages by USPS.
GPE will not hold any responsibilities to product once it’s handed off/picked up/dropped off for shipping.
GPE will not hold responsibilities to any damages cause by alterations made by client.
If pick up date need to be rescheduled, please do so at least 48 hours before the original agreed upon pick up date or freshness of product is not guarantee and order may be cancelled without refund.
If you are running late on the agreed upon pick up time, please contact immediately. New pick up time may or may not be available, depending on our schedule. Freshness of product will not be guaranteed if picked up late. $25 late fee may apply. If pick-up time/date was not able to be rescheduled. We reserve the right to cancel without refund.
By placing orders, client have confirmed that there are no food allergies and understand that we are not an allergen free facility, nor do we source our ingredients to be allergen free. GPE will hold no responsibility to any allergic incidents.
By placing orders, client have agreed to all the above terms.
By placing orders, client understand that creative freedom have been granted and final product will never be an EXACT replica of inspiration photos.
We reserve all rights to the photos of the finished products and have the rights to post images as needed. This includes products with photos.
